Shareholders
The shareholders are Hispasat, the satellite communications operator (43%), ISDEFE, the public company belonging to the Ministry of Defense (29,9%), AIRBUS Defence & Space(15%), INDRA (7,1%) and SENER (5%).
The shareholder model relies on the joint use of public and private capital to provide strategic services based on efficiency and excellence.

Hisdesat has established several collaboration agreements with other national and international companies and organizations, with the mission of offering its services to an increasingly large and global market. These are the following:
In the USA Hisdesat operates through the company XTAR LLC of which it holds 100% of the shareholding, whose objective is to provide satellite communications services to government agencies through its communications satellites.
In December 2007 Infoterra Servicios de Geoinformación was created, today Airbus Geotech, S.A., whose objective is to carry out activities related to remote sensing, space imaging and data acquisition services, in addition to the distribution of high resolution satellite data and the development of geo-information services and applications. Hisdesat owns 20% of the share capital.
